How do I pay?

Create your order first. Then use your bank’s own app or branch to transfer the exact order amount in EUR to SENA RENDA at Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo. The order page provides the IBAN and unique payment reference. This website does not debit your account or connect to your banking login.

When can I download?

Payments are checked manually after they arrive in our account. Your private order page will show “Payment confirmed” and the download buttons when your payment is approved. Bank-transfer times vary. Confirmation emails are not automatic: save your order link and return to check its status.

What will I receive?

English-language printable PDF stories and activity books for roughly ages 4–7. The Thanksgiving Together Bundle includes the 13-page Momoloo and the Little Table of Thanks storybook and the 15-page Little Thanks, Big Adventures activity book. Momoloo and the Missing Chocolate Chips is a separate 10-page storybook. Momoloo and the Missing Pumpkin Lantern is a 12-page Halloween storybook in square format for ages 4+, with read-together questions. The Cozy Halloween Bundle includes that 12-page storybook plus 4 A4 sticker sheets with 48 designs, delivered as two PDFs. Use printer-compatible sticker paper, or ordinary paper with glue. Ask an adult to help with cutting. No physical stickers are shipped. Jungle Adventures has 20 pages; A Year of Little Wonders has 18 pages. The Little Explorer Bundle includes only those two activity books. Print at home or through a print shop. There is no physical delivery.

How may I use the books?

They are for your personal and household use. Please do not resell, redistribute or publicly share the PDFs or your private download link.

Your order information

We collect the adult purchaser’s name and email to manage orders, match payments and provide support. Order and payment-confirmation records are accessible to the shop owner. We do not collect bank-login credentials, card numbers or children’s personal details.
